Thank you for all your support and understanding during lockdown. As our economy is opening up, the NHS is still experiencing unprecedented pressures and demand. Hospitals have not restarted all their usual services. We at Cheveley Park Medical Centre are working extremely hard to give you the best service we can whilst maintaining rigorous hygiene and social distancing standards.
We are currently experiencing enormous telephone demand and now allocate timed telephone slots, which will operate the same way as an appointment, if you miss your call you will not be called back, so please ensure we have the correct contact details and that you are available for the call. There are ways you can help us cope with this challenging time by:
Ordering your prescription online and on time – it takes 2 working days to process a prescription.
Booking your non-urgent telephone appointment online.
Use our e-consultation service (available via our website www.cheveleyparkmedicalcentre.co.uk ) for all fit note requests, medication queries and minor ailments (eg rashes, hayfever etc).
Considering the most appropriate service to use such as: www.nhs.uk, pharmacies, online 111, opticians, dentist.

A helpline has been set up for patients attending CDDFT who may be worried about accessing their treatment or investigative appointments during the COVID-19 pandemic. This number can be called by patients or practices for cancer-related appointment advice.
